About Us
My passion for healthy animals began in early
childhood. Living on a small farm approximately 50
miles east of the Dallas, TX. Metro Area, part of my
daily chores (that what they were called years ago)
was to help with the feeding and caring of the animals
that were on our farm. My favorite was always the
horses. There was something magical about them
then, as well as today. It was at this time I began to
watch with interest at the home remedies, some would
call homeopathic, that my parents would use to
alleviate pain and discomfort in any of the animals.
In the 70’s, I was thrilled when my spouse and I were able to afford some small
acreage east of Ft. Worth, Texas. A horse was the first animal (which I found
almost starving in a lady's back yard) to arrive on our little plot of land, followed by
a few cows. That little mare renewed my interest in how to help animals to be truly
healthy. For several years I breed Quarter and Paint horses at that location. With
each new arrival, there were new challenges to bring the animal into good health
and maintain them in. Each animal was a delight and blessing for I learned better
ways with each one.
Today I still am on a small ranchette with my beloved horses, a few dairy goats
and a passel of cats. Cats always seem to find the best places that are off the
highway with lots of cover to slip around in and take up residence and always
come with health challenges. Currently I personally own two horses. One is a 15
year old Dutch Warmblood/TB cross Gelding and the other a 16 year Andalusian
Gelding, both of these I ride English Dressage. The Warmblood is not long on
being patient and has quick movements like a cat, yet full of energy and a desire
to please.
The Andalusian is a basic rescue from a lovely Lady, who had rescued him from a
life that was not the best. When he arrived at my barn, he was mentally exhausted,
undernourished and had aching joint. His mind was almost blown from the intense
work at the dinner theater of his original owners. Today he is my favorite horse to
ride. His willingness and desire to please is awesome, with his favorite movements
being Canter, Piaffe, and Spanish Walk. He is more like a puppy wanting to be
with you all the time, to protect you from any intruder. He was a challenge to
bring back to physical and mental health, but through the products on this web
site, it was achieved. He is a happy and well horse today.
When not caring for the animals and riding my two boys, I help my husband with
his Trucking Business and work in my Studio www.lnchambersstudio.com where I
create sculptures out of soft clay that are turned into Bronze at a Fine Art
Foundry.
Having a healthy body and mind was instilled in me at an early age by my Mother.
Her belief was “you are what you eat” has held with me since those early days of
youth. Growing up on that farm east of Dallas, Texas, we grew our own food,
including the meat we consumed. Only the basic staples were purchased from a
food store. We even grew the food that our animals consumed.
Now our civilization purchases 98 percent of our foods, which have been
processed, from food stores. Most of this food has been grown by large
commercial farms on land that over the years has become depleted of vitamins
and minerals. With out these vital nutrients, our bodies and those of our
pets/animals too have become depleted. This has lead to the lack of health for
most of us as well as our animals.
I firmly believe that we can replace this
void and become healthy again by
consuming the right products and
consume as much organic wild foods as
possible. We can replace the friendly
flora in our stomachs, intestines, colons,
regenerate neurons in the brain, and
help to replace the synovial fluid in our
joints, have healthy strong bones and
be filled with energy.
My desire is to help you and your
horses to become healthy, happy and
well.
